How It Works
Your Song. Your Story. Your Say.
A personalised song should feel as though it could only ever have been written for you.
That’s why every track begins with your story — the people, memories, milestones, inside jokes, places, dates and small details that make it uniquely yours.
Behind the finished song is a carefully balanced blend of human songwriting, professional music production and modern technology.
Technology helps us explore ideas and expand creative possibilities, but it doesn’t decide what your song says, how your story is told, or which details matter most.
The creative direction is always led by people. And you have the final say.
What Goes Into Your Song?
Once you’ve shared your story, you choose the creative direction — including genre, mood, length and artist style. We work with a wide range of talented vocalists and musicians, giving us the flexibility to match the right voice to your song.
Your brief is then passed to our creative team.
A professional songwriter shapes your story into original lyrics written specifically for you. This isn’t a case of simply inputting information into a system and generating output — it’s a considered creative process.
Your lyrics are then carefully reviewed for tone, emotion, structure and accuracy, ensuring your story is represented authentically and meaningfully.
Most importantly, you review the lyrics before any recording begins.
You can read every line, request changes, and refine the wording until it feels exactly right.
Only once you’re completely happy do we move into production.
Where Does AI Fit In?
We use modern generative music tools and AI-assisted technology as part of our creative workflow.
These tools help us explore musical ideas, test arrangements and streamline certain production stages.
However, AI is not the storyteller.
It doesn’t understand your memories, your relationships, or why specific moments matter to you.
It doesn’t choose the narrative, and it doesn’t approve the final result.
It supports the process — it does not define it.
Human creativity remains at the centre of everything we produce.
The Voices Behind the Music
The vocal performances in our catalogue come from real professional singers who collaborate with us.
We work with a host of talent at our disposal, allowing us to match each song with a voice that best suits its tone and emotional direction.
All vocalists are used with permission and are fairly compensated for their work.
Your selected artist voice is then used as part of the production of your personalised track.
The Final Production
Once your song has been created, it is handed to a human producer for final refinement.
This stage includes editing, arranging, mixing and mastering using professional-grade audio tools.
The result is not a raw AI output.
It is a fully produced track, carefully refined before delivery to ensure it meets a professional standard.

Try It Before You Commit
With Try Before You Buy, you initially pay 50% of the full song price.
Your artist then completes your track.
Once ready, you’ll receive a preview including the full lyrics and approximately 30 seconds of the finished song, giving you a clear sense of the final direction.
You can then choose whether to unlock the full track by paying the remaining balance.
Importantly, your lyrics are not finalised at this stage.
They are shared with you during the writing process so you can review and refine them before any recording takes place.
What If Something Isn’t Right?
We distinguish between a production issue and a creative change request.
If something is incorrect
For example:
● A name is misspelled
● A factual detail is wrong
● There is a technical or production error
● The wrong genre has been applied
● The incorrect vocal style has been used
Simply select “Something’s wrong with this song” on your song page.
We will correct the issue free of charge, and you will not need to complete payment until it is resolved.
If you want to change the creative direction
For example:.
● A different tone or feel.
● A change in tempo.
● Alternative wording.
● A revised creative approach.
This is considered a revision request rather than a correction.

Can I Provide My Own Lyrics?
Yes.
You can submit your own lyrics when placing your order.
If your submission exceeds approximately 60 words per minute, we may need to adapt or shorten sections to ensure the song flows naturally, though we will always preserve the essence of your writing.
You can also specify whether you want your lyrics used exactly as written or whether you’re open to creative refinement.
All submitted lyrics must be original and owned by you, as required for copyright and licensing purposes under our Terms of Use.
Can You Create a Cover of a Song?
We do not produce cover versions or parodies of existing songs.
All personalised tracks feature original lyrics and original compositions.
However, if you have a preferred musical style or reference point, we may be able to create something inspired by that feel, depending on available vocalists and production direction.
Please contact us before ordering if you have a specific request.
